About The Position
We are hiring a part-time Team Leader to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and lead by example on the sales floor. The role supports merchandising and stockroom operations, manages daily team activities, and performs key holder duties, including opening and closing, cash handling, and ensuring store readiness. Compensation is $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
