Requirements

A solid understanding of the French language.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Six or more years of experience leading teams in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field.
Project management experience is a strong asset.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Unreal Engine, along with a solid understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
A strong foundation in testing principles, methodologies, and basic programming to drive quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting the development testing team as they validate features and build effective test plans.
Regularly connecting with the QA team to review progress, provide feedback, address challenges, identify risks, and keep quality on track.
Diving deep into the overall game vision and producing documentation to ensure alignment across all testing efforts.
Driving the QA roadmap by planning schedules, organizing tasks, and setting clear milestones for the team.
