We’re looking for a Team Lead - New Business (BC) to join our growing team at Zensurance. If you’re passionate about leadership, coaching, and the fast-paced world of sales, this is a great opportunity for you. Reporting to the Practice Leader, you'll play a huge part in growing our revenue, boosting conversion rates, and helping your team move fast without losing quality. This is a player/coach role. You’ll mentor a team of New Business Brokers to help them hit their goals, and work directly with prospects and underwriters to close deals yourself. Strong sales skills and coaching ability are the absolute core of this position.
