Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- Proficiency in operating and performing preventative maintenance on mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.
- Willingness to complete required certifications and licenses within 6 months if not already possessed.
- Clean driving history.
- Experience driving a trailer.

Responsibilities
- Manage field operations, including walking job sites for quality control and equipment maintenance.
- Organize team activities by structuring routes, managing employee schedules, and keeping crew members on task.
- Provide support to the team by resolving staff issues and ensuring necessary training is provided.
- Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the following day.
