We’re now hiring a Maintenance Team Leader to join our high-performing team in Donegal and help drive our journey in Manufacturing 4.0. What You’ll Do As the Lead, you’ll manage a team of operators and oversee day-to-day production activities while championing smart manufacturing practices. You’ll build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and drive results through your team.

Requirements

  • Third-level qualification or trade certificate in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing systems, automation, and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with empathy and authority, building rapport and trust across your team.
  • Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues using data-driven insights and digital tools.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with SOPs and digital compliance systems.
  • Recommend equipment and system improvements aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.
  • Ensure training compliance through digital learning platforms and ISO standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using real-time data and analytics.
  • Coach and mentor team members, conducting performance reviews with a focus on growth and digital skill development.
  • Promote 6S standards and a safe, productive work environment enhanced by smart technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies, leveraging digital reporting and monitoring systems.
