We're seeking a Shipping & Labeling Warehouse Team Lead to oversee repacking operations, product labeling, pallet consolidation, and shipping preparation while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and service standards. Requirements

• Proven leadership ability with experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity.
• Detail-oriented with experience ensuring inventory, quality, and safety compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift overhead.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or shipping supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the assigned team.
• Train new employees and ensure compliance with shipping and labeling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prioritize workloads and assign tasks to team members.
• Print packing slips and verify that orders are accurately pulled, labeled, consolidated, and loaded.
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Conduct 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, and annual performance evaluations.
• Provide clear instructions, monitor progress, and deliver constructive feedback.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees for future growth opportunities.
• Report significant personnel, maintenance, production, or operational concerns to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company success.
