About The Position

The Labeler position is responsible for accurately applying customer-specific shipping labels to products, distributing paperwork, and performing various warehouse tasks to support shipping operations. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and adherence to safety and security protocols. The Labeler will also assist the Shift Supervisor with office tasks, audits, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Ability to verify paperwork necessary to ensure product is repackaged correctly.
  • Ability to inspect condition of product received and product going out to ensure quality.
  • Ability to follow a systematic method of performing a task.

  • One to two years related experience.
  • Basic scanner skills.

Responsibilities

  • Labels product with customer specific shipping labels in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Distributes paperwork throughout the operation to support shipping.
  • Operates a golf cart to navigate the warehouse floor as necessary for tasks.
  • Assists Shift Supervisor with office tasks, including paperwork organization and driver assistance.
  • Audits pre-load and load tasks to assist Shift Supervisor with quality control.
  • Assists operators with wrapping of products.
  • Performs basic warehouse tasks to support operations.
  • Inspects and evaluates the condition of cartons in the warehouse and repairs them where applicable.
  • Completes inventory and restocks cartons.
  • Uses scanning device and computer as needed to perform duties.
  • Completes reports and documentation as required.
  • Maintains reliable attendance at scheduled times.
  • Performs all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
