About The Position

Leads a team responsible for both production support and ongoing development/configuration of InfoLease and Rapport, acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (asset finance/leasing operations) and IT/engineering teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, or asset finance.
5+ years specifically supporting or configuring InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi platform).
Deep working knowledge of equipment finance lease/loan accounting, origination workflows, and portfolio management processes.
Prior hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation within InfoLease/Rapport (not just user-level support).
2+ years in a lead, supervisory, or people-management capacity.
Experience setting and monitoring SLAs/KPIs.
Experience ensuring incident, problem, and change management processes are followed.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
Experience running or coordinating UAT, requirements gathering, and sign-off cycles.
Comfortable owning the relationship with both business and IT sides.
Strong understanding of production support fundamentals: incident triage, root cause analysis, P1–P4 issue management, and coordination of remediation with development teams.
Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools to investigate data issues independently before escalating.
Experience overseeing testing practices (test case libraries, regression/UAT coordination) for releases and upgrades.
Strong written/verbal communication, able to flex between technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive, service-oriented mindset; comfortable owning escalations and being the "buck stops here" contact for both business and IT.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with adjacent systems commonly referenced alongside InfoLease/Rapport (e.g., Stucky, GL, Fed reporting etc).
ITIL exposure or certification.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery (sprint planning, backlog grooming) if the team also handles enhancement/development work, plus tools like Jira/DevOps.

Runs or coordinates UAT, requirements gathering, and sign-off cycles.
Owns the relationship with both business and IT sides.
Runs regular status/risk reporting to leadership.
Oversees production support fundamentals: incident triage, root cause analysis, P1–P4 issue management, and coordination of remediation.
Investigates data issues independently using SQL and reporting tools.
Oversees testing practices for releases and upgrades, ensuring deployments don't disrupt business operations.
Oversees testing and release management to ensure changes/upgrades don't disrupt production.
Manages competing priorities across support tickets, enhancement requests, and project work simultaneously.
