The purpose of this role is to deliver exemplary guest experience during their meal service at all food and beverage full-service assignments. In the absence of a Supervisor/Manager, the Team Lead will be the senior staff member on shift. This role involves opening and closing the restaurant or bar, conducting pre-shift meetings, assigning and overseeing duties, recording and reporting wastage, assisting servers with transactions, correcting errors, and performing server duties.
