We are currently looking for one (1) Team Lead, Exam Administration for a permanent, full-time role. The Team Lead, Exam Administration is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Exams Administrator team, including the security, maintenance and administration of all SkilledTradesBC examinations and related processes. This role is responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures related to the scheduling, distribution, marking and recording of results, tracking and secure storage of all SkilledTradesBC examinations are taken care of on a daily basis, under the direction of the Manager, Assessments. The Team Lead supervises a team of Exam Administrators and strives to create improvements in process and procedures to create a seamless exam experience. The Team Lead, Exam Administration will balance technical competence with the ability to lead with strong operational and interpersonal skills.
