About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position at a full-service car wash for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading by example. The Team Lead welcomes customers, helps them select wash packages and membership options, processes transactions, supports wash operations, and helps ensure customers leave satisfied. The work is approximately 90% customer service and sales and 10% site upkeep, including cleaning and maintenance. The role involves being on your feet for most of the shift and working outdoors.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort speaking with customers and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Help customers choose wash packages and membership options, making recommendations as appropriate.
• Process customer transactions.
• Support day-to-day wash operations.
• Help ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.
• Perform site upkeep, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Lead by example and support the team.
