About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position at a full-service car wash. The Team Lead welcomes customers, helps them select wash packages and membership options, processes transactions, supports wash operations, and helps ensure customers are satisfied with their experience. The role is approximately 90% customer service and sales and 10% site upkeep, including cleaning and maintenance. The work involves being on your feet for most of the shift and working outdoors. There is an opportunity for advancement into Assistant Manager and Management roles for top performers.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort speaking with customers and making recommendations.
