About The Position

Under the direction of the Self-Pay Collector Supervisor, support a team of self-pay collectors receiving inbound calls from patients regarding outstanding balances to include taking payments, creating payment plans and updating insurance and demographic information; support the self-pay team in the management and auditing of payment plans to include making outbound calls regarding declined payments and adjustments; support a team of self-pay collectors in creating and updating aging account reports and making outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances.

Responsibilities
