About The Position
The Team Lead is a nightshift leadership role designed to support the District Manager with all nighttime operational responsibilities. This position serves as the District Manager’s on-the-ground extension during evening and overnight service windows and is responsible for ensuring service continuity, accountability, and execution when management is not on site. The Team Lead maintains a home route while also serving as primary backup for open or down routes, completing audits, supporting accountability, delivering materials, and responding to service issues in real time.
Requirements
- Consistent nightly availability during assigned service windows
- Ability and willingness to personally run open or down routes
- Reliable execution of District Manager–assigned nighttime tasks
- Strong ownership of service quality and follow-through
- Clear, timely communication with the District Manager and leadership
- Maintain access to a reliable pickup truck or trailer
Responsibilities
- Act as primary nighttime support, execute assigned tasks, and respond to service issues.
- Complete home route, serve as backup for open/down routes, and run additional routes as needed.
- Conduct audits, reinforce standards, and identify recurring issues.
- Deliver bins, supplies, and materials; assist with setup and corrections.
- Confirm service completion, communicate issues, and document recurring problems.
