This position is classified as a Hybrid schedule consisting of two days working in the San Marcos, CA office and three days working from home. The Team Lead for Cash Posting is knowledgeable in all aspects of payment processing and is capable of independently executing responsibilities. Also, is responsible for the on-line posting of all accounts receivable payments, balancing system, posting the daily deposit and preparing payment summary information for distribution to Accounting and Business Office Management. This position is responsible for the mentoring & overseeing of cash application specialists, cash/adjustment posting systems and cash/adjustment processes. Performs any and all related job duties as assigned. Upon completion of training in the office Monday thru Friday, this position offers an attractive hybrid schedule working two days in the San Marcos, CA office and three days from home.
