About The Position

The Business Development team at Euna Solutions is adding a Team Lead to bridge floor-level execution and early leadership on the BDR team. You will carry your own quota while owning the collective pipeline output of a dedicated group of BDRs, serving as their first coach, escalation point, and daily benchmark. If you want to lead without leaving production, this is the role for you.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a BDR with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Already helping peers informally, coaching or mentoring other reps before anyone asked you to.
• Give direct, real-time feedback on calls without it feeling like a lecture.
• Understand the SaaS BDR motion end to end and know why qualifying prospects properly is what makes everything downstream work.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to formal onboarding or ramp support for new hires.
• Experience tracking team-level performance data and translating it into actionable observations.

Responsibilities

• Own team-level pipeline results alongside your individual quota for meetings held, meetings booked, and qualified sales leads.
• Coach reps in the moment by jumping on calls, reviewing recordings, and role-playing objections in real time.
• Be the first escalation point for reps stuck on a deal, a prospect, or a process question.
• Model the call volume and quality you expect the team to match.
• Track team performance and surface trends and blockers to the Manager so decisions reflect what is actually happening on the floor.
• Support new BDR onboarding on process, messaging, and tooling alongside the Manager.
