About The Position

Home Clean Heroes of Chattanooga is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Residential House Cleaners. In this role, you will typically work alongside a partner in a two-person team, using a company vehicle and equipment. We provide paid training and focus on daytime hours, Monday through Friday, ensuring your evenings and weekends are free. This position offers steady W-2 pay, the opportunity to keep client tips, and bonuses for excellent performance.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Reliable personal transportation to get to and from the office.
• Great work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stay active on your feet.
• Must pass a standard background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in residential cleaning.
• Familiarity with the Chattanooga, TN & surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes using company-provided equipment and supplies.
• Work effectively as part of a two-person team.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from client locations.
• Restock supplies at the office as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.
