About The Position

The Compliance Driver drives regularly to homeowner association communities managed by Spectrum AM and records homeowners who are not in compliance. The role involves inspecting homes by driving through neighborhoods, with approximately 90% of the workday spent driving. A company vehicle is provided, though the employee may occasionally need to use a personal vehicle because of scheduling issues or while the company vehicle is unavailable for repairs or maintenance; mileage is reimbursed for personal vehicle use. Some properties require walking in parts of the community. The position also involves communicating with homeowners about compliance issues and resolutions, responding to customer inquiries, and sometimes de-escalating conflicts with frustrated homeowners. Training is provided for handling difficult interactions. The role offers autonomy and support through mentors, subject-matter experts, managers, and a training department, as well as in-house education and opportunities to develop a career at Spectrum AM.
