The Project Manager, Team Development serves as a key partner to the Executive Director of Team Success, advancing Gateway Church's commitment to a healthy, equipped, and unified staff culture. This role anchors the execution of the Team Develop function, which lives out the value WE KEEP GETTING BETTER, while providing dedicated operational support to the Executive Director. Approximately 70 percent of the role executes team development programs, projects, and training experiences. The remaining 30 percent provides direct operational support to the Executive Director.
