About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The role carries out assigned station duties and follows company policies, procedures, and operational standards. It also includes regular cleaning and sanitation, maintaining regular attendance, reporting customer or employee complaints or issues to the Manager on Duty, and moving and stocking food product weighing up to 50 pounds. Other job-related duties may be assigned or required.

The position involves irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Work takes place in a restaurant environment with continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting; frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking and to freezer conditions while stocking food items; and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures based on variable weather conditions.

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints or issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
