About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The role carries out assigned restaurant stations and follows company policies, procedures, and operational standards. It also includes regular cleaning and sanitation, stocking food products, and reporting customer or employee complaints or issues to the Manager on Duty. Hours are irregular and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, which may include fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints or issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
