About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The role carries out assigned restaurant stations and helps maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and sanitation. The position is nonexempt and reports to the Manager on Duty (MOD).

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multitasking skills.
• Ability to perform continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to work with frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking, frequent exposure to freezers when stocking food items, and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures due to variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food preparation, and drive-thru if applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
