About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The position carries out assigned station duties, follows company policies and operational standards, and performs regular cleaning and sanitation tasks. The role requires regular attendance and may involve irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is nonexempt and reports to the Manager on Duty (MOD).

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

• Ability to follow directions.
• Multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a restaurant environment; frequent exposure to heat, hot liquid shortening, and freezers; and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures due to variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable, in accordance with operational standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
