About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The position performs assigned station duties, follows company policies and operational standards, and completes regular cleaning and sanitation tasks. The role also includes reporting customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty, moving and stocking food products weighing up to 50 pounds, and other job-related duties as assigned or required. The position has irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves working in a restaurant environment with continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting.

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
