Requirements

  • Excellent skills in verbal/written communication, teamwork, accuracy, conflict resolution, cost management and time management.
  • Computer skills and ability to maneuver multiple systems/software.
  • Previous construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
  • Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

  • Supports, facilitates, and coordinates the work of multiple projects.
  • Acts as the first point of contact with the customer.
  • Schedules the Estimator for site inspection and updates all notes and control points for the new claim.
  • Sets up the contract signing with the customer and keeps track of payments for each project.
  • Manages Accounts Receivables for the life of the project and makes collection calls.
  • Updates the Job Management Report (JMR) and attends JMR meeting daily.
  • Attends weekly meetings with the Compliance Manager.
  • Attends weekly meetings with the Accounts Receivable Manager.
  • Ensures accuracy of time sheets for all hourly team members.
  • Collects and uploads fuel receipts.
  • Collects assets from departing employees and returns equipment to helpdesk.
  • Must be detail-oriented and follow through to completion of a project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, and insurance adjustors.
  • Perform all aspects of job with high integrity.
  • May be on call and on phone rotation during catastrophic events.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.
