The Team Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to a Service Team in accordance with agency policies and procedures. This includes supporting the Team Supervisor and team members; receiving, documenting, and responding to inquiries; scheduling and coordinating appointments; maintaining and accessing client records; and completing a variety of administrative functions to support effective team operations.
