Participation is competitive and subject to program requirements.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Interested in exploring roles in a school-based setting.
- Interested in becoming a Special Education Teacher.

Responsibilities
- Develop expertise through hands-on, classroom-based coaching in areas such as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), social-emotional learning, behavior support, trauma-informed practice, differentiated instruction, and transition-to-workforce skills.
- Emphasize real-time application, mentorship, and continuous improvement in training.
