About The Position
The Management & Organization Department within the Smeal College of Business is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant for Instructor Lesser's MGMT 365 course for the Fall 2026 semester.
Requirements
- Must have taken MGMT 365 in 2025/2026 school year
Responsibilities
- Attend each class period and track student attendance and participation.
- Assist with grading assignments, including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on the assignment criteria, as well as providing more substantive topic-focused recommendations on areas for improvement.
- Perform technical and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., uploading materials to the course Canvas platform, compiling peer feedback into reports, assembling materials for class activities).
- Additional teaching-related tasks as assigned.
