About The Position
McGill University is seeking a Teaching Assistant for Oral Health Research 3, DENT 325. Requirements
- strong knowledge in biostatistics and epidemiology
- skills in critical appraisal of different study designs (RCTs, Cohort, Case-control, Diagnostic studies, Systematic Reviews, Clinical Guidelines)
- skills in the interpretation of study results, including statistical and clinical significance
Responsibilities
- Attend the course workshops
- Guide the assigned students' groups for CAT (Critically Appraised Topic) summary development
- Review the assignments
- Arrange additional meetings with the students if needed
- Revise and provide comments on the CAT posters and Research Day presentations
