About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for the Principles of Biology course (BIO 1109, Section 65H) during the Fall 2026 semester at the University of Ottawa. The position is under the CUPE 2626 collective agreement. The TA will be responsible for contact with students and grading, with a total of 65 work hours allocated. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at a lower rate than graduate students. Requirements

Must be a student (undergraduate or graduate)
Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
Must be available to work from September 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
