About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for the course Scientific Thought and Values (PHI2394, Section B00) during the Fall 2026 semester. The TA will support the instructor by grading homework, essays, and tests. This course is delivered in person. The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements

• Baccalaureate in Philosophy or related field.
• Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.

Responsibilities

• Correcting homework, essays, and tests.
• Attending lectures in class and/or online.
• Consulting in person and/or online with individual students.
• Proctoring exams.
