About The Position
This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the Environmental Microbiology course (EVS3520) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves supporting the instructor in various aspects of the course, including preparation, student contact, and grading. Requirements
- B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Biology, or equivalent.
- Must have previously taken the course.
- Excellent knowledge in general microbiology, microbial ecology, and environmental chemistry.
- Indicate all relevant courses and work experience in the application.
Responsibilities
- Preparation: 25 hours
- Contact with Students: 24 hours
- Grading: 74 hours
- Proctoring: 7 hours
