About The Position
This is a Teaching Assistant position for the COMMUNICATION ET SANTÉ course (HSS2502 Section A) during the 2026 Fall Semester. The role involves assisting with the correction of assignments, evaluations, and exams, as well as proctoring exams. There is a possibility of remote office hours for students to ask questions outside of class time. The course will be delivered online, and the assistant will need access to a computer, internet, microphone, and webcam. The position is for 35 total work hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctorate in Health Sciences or related fields.
- Very good writing skills for accurate grading of essays and exam questions requiring elaborate answers.
- Experience with e-learning programs and software (as a user or teaching assistant).
- Experience with web software (uploading content, programming content).
- Access to a computer, internet, microphone, and webcam for online course delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with the correction of assignments, evaluations, and exams.
- Proctoring of exams.
- Providing remote office hours to answer student questions or concerns outside of class hours.
