About The Position
This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor position for the Highway and Transportation Engineering course (CVG 4150) during the Fall 2026 semester at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering. The role involves supporting students in their learning of Highway and Transportation Engineering. The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements
- Prerequisite: CVG2107, CVG2171, CVG2141
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Completed a minimum of one course on Highway and Transportation Engineering
- Excellent oral communication skills in English

Responsibilities
- Contact with Students: 60 hours
- Grading: 60 hours
- Proctoring: 1 hour
- Other: 4 hours
