About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) position for the course NUMERICAL METHODS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERS (CVG 5175) during the 2026 Fall Semester. Requirements

• PhD min required
• Excellent oral communication skills in English
• Excellent background knowledge in Numerical Methods of Geotech Engineering

Nice To Haves

• PEng and/or EIT an asset
• Bilingualism would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Contact with Students: 60 hours
• Grading: 60 hours
• Proctoring: 6 hours
• Other tasks: 4 hours
