About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the course PSY2106 Quantitative Methods in Psychology I, Section C01, for the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves supporting the course, which will be offered in person, including weekly laboratories or tutorials. TAs are expected to be available during the scheduled lab time on Fridays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Requirements

  • Honours Baccalaureate in Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Current enrolment in a graduate program in Psychology.
  • All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
  • Must be an active employee of the University of Ottawa to apply through their worker profile in Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Training, preparation, contact with students, marking, grading, and proctoring all exams.
