About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the Biological Foundations of Behaviour course (PSY2301 Section D00) during the Winter 2027 semester. The course will be offered in person, and TAs will be expected to be available on campus for duties such as proctoring and handling deferrals. Requirements

  • Honours Baccalaureate in Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Current enrolment in the MA/PhD program in Psychology.
  • All University of Ottawa employees must complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.

Responsibilities

  • Training, preparation, contact with students, marking, grading, and proctoring all exams for the Biological Foundations of Behaviour course.
  • Being available to come on campus for any in-person duties outlined by the course instructor, such as proctoring and deferrals.
