About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for the History and Systems of Psychology course (PSY4130, Section D00) during the Winter 2027 semester. The course will be offered in person, and TAs will be expected to be available on campus for duties such as proctoring and handling deferrals as outlined by the course instructor. The total work hours for this position are 65. The hourly rate depends on student status: undergraduate students will be paid at $31.89/hour, and graduate students will be paid at $50.25/hour (2024-2025 rates, subject to collective agreement ratification). These rates do not include vacation or statutory pay, and retroactivity will be applied after ratification. The language of work is English.

Requirements

  • Honours Baccalaureate in Psychology or its equivalent
  • Current enrolment in a graduate program in Psychology
