About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the course PSY4391 Section D00, Special Topics in Body Image, for the Winter 2027 semester. The position is for one section with an expected enrollment of 36 students. The work is to be performed in person on the Main Campus. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at a lower rate, while graduate students will be paid at a higher rate. These rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay and will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification. Requirements

  • Honours Baccalaureate in Psychology or its equivalent
  • Current enrolment in a graduate program in Psychology
  • All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
