About The Position
This position provides teaching assistant support for the ADV TOPICS IN MEDICAL INSTR (BMG5109 A) course. The role involves assisting the course supervisor with student consultations, marking assignments and exams, and proctoring. Specific allocation of hours and duties will be determined by the supervisor. The teaching method is delivered in person, but may change due to health measures or other reasons. All University of Ottawa employees must complete mandatory legislated training. The hiring process is governed by the CUPE 2626 collective agreement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the subject
- Experience in biomedical engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability in person throughout the course session
- Availability to proctor the final exam
