The Graduate Office of Career & Life Design (OCLD) supports graduate students and postdoctoral scholars in developing the skills, experiences, and materials they need to thrive across academic and professional pathways. The Teaching and Academic Development Consultants will serve as embedded partners in this work, helping expand OCLD’s capacity to support teaching development, academic job preparation, and evidence-based instructional practice. Working as peer educators, instructional coaches, and resource developers, consultants will facilitate workshops, provide course support, provide feedback on teaching-related materials, develop workshops and reusable resources, and support scalable programming that responds to emerging teaching and academic development needs across campus.
