The Teaching and Academic Development Consultant will provide focused peer support for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars seeking to strengthen their teaching practices and teaching-related academic job materials. Working under the supervision of the Associate Director for Teaching and Academic Development, the consultant will offer individual consultations, provide feedback on selected teaching materials, support workshop preparation and delivery, and contribute to resource development for OCLD teaching and academic development initiatives.
