About The Position

Catapult Learning is hiring a part-time Teacher in San Diego, California, to provide instruction at partner schools. The position offers two schedules: St. Charles, Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; or St. Rose of Lima, a part-time tutor schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Teachers use Catapult Learning’s curriculum and instructional support to guide and empower students, with scheduling and one-to-one or small-group instruction intended to accommodate educators at different career stages. The role involves tailoring and delivering lessons to student needs, using data to inform instruction, encouraging engagement and critical thinking, maintaining student and academic records, and participating in training, coaching, and feedback. The hourly pay range is $28–$33, depending on experience. Eligible employees may receive benefits and time off. Requirements

Experience teaching K–12 students.
Ability to navigate online platforms for record-keeping and communication.
A belief that all children can learn.

Nice To Haves
