About The Position

As a Teacher at a child care center, you will help inspire children to become lifelong learners. You will provide daily care in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards, observe and assess children, plan for their development, communicate with families, complete training in child care, preschool, and development topics, and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. The role involves engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience in a licensed child care center or a related field.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess children and plan for their development.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and child development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
