About The Position

Teachers at Lincoln Park KinderCare implement KinderCare’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. Teachers also support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building positive relationships with families, coworkers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Have outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
Be able to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Be physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Be able to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children.
Be able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with them.
Be able to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
