About The Position

Primrose School at Holly Grove seeks enthusiastic people who want to make a difference and put their talents to use. We are the leaders in early childhood education because we purposefully set our teachers and support staff up for success. We offer opportunities for infants through PreK. Our school has the most supportive ratios of any preschool in our area, with 3 full-time teachers in every room and 4 full-time front office staff. Requirements

Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility is not required but is a plus.
Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).

Responsibilities

A passion for working with your specific age group is a must.
Supports communication with parents at the end of the day regarding their child.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children.
Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.
