About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a full-time Teacher to care for and educate children at a child care center. The role focuses on providing safe, nurturing daily care, supporting children’s development, communicating with families, and creating engaging learning experiences using the company’s proprietary curriculum. Teachers receive extensive training in child care, preschool, and child development topics. The center’s research-based curriculum is designed to support holistic development and help children prepare for school and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed child care center or a related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to provide daily care for every child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess children and plan for their development.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and child development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
• Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
