About The Position

The Teacher provides daily care for children in a classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards. The role includes observing and assessing children, planning learning experiences, and communicating effectively with families. Teachers complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development, and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive activities. The position requires engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess children and plan for their learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Engage in physical activity with children indoors and outdoors.
