About The Position
Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. The position is scheduled for 187 days.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required Texas Teaching Certificate with required endorsements for the subject and level assigned, or other permits approved by the state.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Utilize effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of assigned subjects.
- Exhibit general knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
Nice To Haves
- Basic computer skills.
- One year of student teaching or an approved internship.
