Provide gifted programming services to students while supporting general education teachers with appropriate differentiation strategies as well as co-teaching in GT Cluster Classrooms. Support administrators and parents/guardians to meet the identified needs of gifted students. Facilitate the equitable identification and programming of high ability students in one or more of the thirteen areas of gifted/talented recognized within the State of Colorado. Manage the writing of Advanced Learning Plans of identified gifted students per District guidelines to include strength-based goal development and progress monitoring and reporting as well as assisting in the selection of appropriate programming to meet identified gifted students’ needs.
